Might be an Grenade Pellet which was hit from a far range but not sure what is going on here also can not be air gun becure no on uses an human being as a practice target and they can also be deadly some times. My final saying is this that it is a grenade pellet hit from a secure point and that is why they did not put him in much trouble and the main thing is this that he had still days to live by the Grace of Allah Subhan Wa Taalah.
