As bit of a digestive reaction to Sanjaya and American Idol 6, i had to do this one.
I'm not a regular fan of the show, a few weeks ago my friends Monique & Nate dragged me into watching AI, U wait!! I'll get u for this!!
Actually, i'm sorry i didn't watch the whole season, it's full of outgoing people, no one has to like nobody, we live in a free country.
Sanjaya keeps surprising, Besame Mucho is a beautiful latin song. His sister Shyamali is always a nice surprise.
Sanjaya is a pro, i mean the camera flirt on this song, he's got a classic performance.
Quite obvious why this song tides up mostly young fans, and haters too.
I've added some USA flag makeup on Sanjaya as he's getting closer to what not long ago seemed impossible.
New American Idol ? I can't decide on my other favorite contestant :-)

The Sanjaya effect was funny except for one thing. Sure, the kid can sing, but not when too many are watching. After Holly wood, he displayed none of his talent. Someone that shaky should be advised to come back next year. Because the judges left Sanjaya in Stephanie Edwards, a really good young singer, got cut when she should have stayed. Same for Gina, but at least she gets on the tour. Not Sanjaya's fault, he's a great kid, but the person-perception of these judges is ropey.

Sure, the correct meaning is besa=kiss, me=me, and mucho=a lot. Jokes often work in one version of Spanish, Mexican, European, Argentine, whatever as in another. I don't know if "besame mucho" is funny everywhere. I once had to save a friend, who thought he had picked up enough Spanish in Mexico, and was in serious danger when he asked a butcher's wife in Madrid where her testicles were.
