@peter238 he missed the point of translate when defining job role of Apple Retail: Genius, Specialist, Expert and Creative. Also another sucks point when talking about Filmmaker, Photographer & Musicians. :-) Not really that good for "professional" instant translate, else he's not specialize in Translation for his job, that's acceptable. #justsayin'

Actually I don't know why they need a "translator", most of the Hong Kong people they learn english since primary school. I guess they still know what the speaker words without him.

The "translator" said he was a high ranking staff at apple hong kong, and he was totally..zzzzzzzzzz. oh I feel asleep as soon as he spoke. And yes I do understand cantonese. and yes he sucks, but apple rocks.
