Ellie Lawson is a Folk/Pop artist whose compelling voice and rich sonic landscape reflect a life journey of personal determination and self-discovery. Her lyrics have substance with unique story telling and her conversational style and compassionate attitude has led to her being described by some as a modern day
Joni Mitchell but with the clever pop sense of Jamie T. Born in South London, the vocalist/lyricist/musician/ composer has invented a unique musical world that is both beat-driven and organic, lyrical and edgy, thoughtful and entrancing.

After a year on Atlantic Records and living in NYC for two years Ellie has Independently recorded and released her 2nd album 'Lost Songs' on her own label 'Create your Own reality'. She previously released her album The Philosophy Tree with Barnes & Noble in the USA which was produced by DJ Lethal and on 2 tracks William Orbit. Ellie is one of three up and coming UK artists to be sponsored by the clothing brand Quiksilver and alongside Leddra Chapman and Charlotte O Connor she is being promoted in European stores and online. Awesome story - very inspiring. Ellie's music is awesome and and her story is incredible. It is alsways about the music as it should be. And it shows! It is impossible to pick a favorite song on her two albums - they are all so original that they stand on their own and can be enjoyed over and over again! Great job Ellie! keep up the good work.
