Hey keep pushing play your doing great just don't stress the diet too much just keep the calories low 3lbs a week is great. Bring it!

3 hours of P90X?! Are you Superman? LOL.... You definitely ROCK.

I start week 4 tomorrow. I may opt for "doubles" starting week 5.

Absolutely, I've got 3 more workouts left in week 4. Recovery week my butt...LOL. Yoga and core is tough. I will do doubles starting week 5. I need the extra cardio...

No I do not. I have supplements of my own already. Maybe after I run out I will.

I'm 15, and im doing p90x, and I already see results. I started my second week, but I missed Monday(yesterday). should i do it early in the morning(today) and do plyo at night or what? (Just in case your wondering, I am doing classic).
