Yes i thought NECA where gonna release the wave 2 figures last year too, im not sure if its got anything to do with the TMNT viacom buy out, its seems NECA are bringing out the TMNT batsu, headknockers and the yellow and green aprils first to see how they sell before they release wave 2 figs which i think its silly, they should have the wave 2 figs out first then all the other stuff, it does not make any sense to me.
