Islam is racist against everybody who is not Muslim. Racism reduces "the other" to a monolithic identity, the old "they're all the same" thing. Islam divides the world into the Muslim part, or the Dar al-Islam (house of submission) and the non-Muslim part, or Dar al-Harb (house of war). Thus everything that is "not Islam" i.e. democracy, socialism, Hindu, Christian, Jew, Atheist, Animist is produced as one monolithic "inferior other" that must be conquered. Islam is racist.

If Islam is so great, why did people interpret it to commit acts of terrorism? Islam isn't the solution, rejecting all religion is the solution.

@and1smax it doesnt matter what religion a person practices we all have a propensity for evil due to our troubled evolutionary past it is the animal part in humanity which causes us to do things which are detrimental to ourselves, other people, and the planet religion is only a cartharsis to subdue our animal impulses.

@and1smax wrong, there are more racial conflicts in islam than there are in the west and the islamic religion helps to excerbate it tribal conflicts based on race are very prevelent in islam and all other religions too except for buddhism which is actualy the most peaceful of all religions on the planet. Islam is about conquest and bringing people to submission either by force or coercion to a religion that is really a watershed version of judaism.

@doctorw2 most of the conflicts are happened out of the context of religion, it happened because one race want to gain power among another's land, raw material, land, or even more important, is that thought you just said. One is feeling it is them who is superior among another, and islam give SOLUTION to this problem, in a very practical and detailed way, and fyi, it works :)

@doctorw2 yes but it is the HUMAN, you cant just say it is in a religion, because the religion, in this case islam, teach the people to unite and make a brotherhood without borders, and this is actually very impressively worked in our society everywhere, especially in major countries like britain, canada, ned or even us, the muslim society are totally blended into one in bowing to the same god, i hope i could explain it better to you though..

@and1smax there is racism everywhere even in islam what do you think darfur was all about and blacks are denigrated as servants and slaves in arab lands and in other parts of the middle east as well. this has to do with human nature and ways of thinking. for example in the mind of a light skinned person dark skin= dirty,evil, forboding,prone to crime, and poverty while white skin= goodness,honesty, clean, and trustworthniess. its all about word thought association based on skin colour.

no religion can eradicate racism becuase racism is something intrinsic within human nature a part of our troubled evolutionary past. the tribal mentality syndrome is based upon the paradigm of them vs us and the continuity of ones genetic identity and the preservation of ones ethnic group identity as a whole. the only thing that will destroy racism entirely is a change in ones nature and thinking.
