  • Do you have to flip the chops at all??

  • @TheOpenBag

no not really just check on them at least once or twice..

  • Where can I find a printed recipe. This looks delicious, but I couldn't catch the names of the seasonings you use. Thanks --

  • @cgilles522

    i used Goya Adobo

Sofrito( i make it and i have a video on my channel)

    cumin and salt..

  • What is Sofrino? What were your seasonings again please? I'd like to try this recipe, it looks divine. Thanks.

  • @nemoryer

Sofrito is the base for most Puerto Rican dishes and used by many other nationalities classic first-step ingredient to authentic Latino cooking, it is a mixture of fresh herbs, garlic, onion, sweet small peppers..… you can find the recipe under my videos… Celly

  • @cellster74 Thank you!

  • I like to brine the meat. I put them, or chicken, in water and add Adobo. I leave it overnight. They don't dry out.
