I like to brine the meat. I put them, or chicken, in water and add Adobo. I leave it overnight. They don't dry out.

Sofrito is the base for most Puerto Rican dishes and used by many other nationalities classic first-step ingredient to authentic Latino cooking, it is a mixture of fresh herbs, garlic, onion, sweet small peppers..… you can find the recipe under my videos… Celly
