I had to answer this comment....."the Scots hate everyone" hahahaha this coming from the English who spend all their time saying how they hate the French, Germans, Americans, Australians, Welsh, Scots.....and on and on. P.S. spending per head is higher in London, just look at the billions wasted on big ferris wheels, wonky bridges and useless domes etc :))
