Video of police assaulting Ian Tomlinson, shortly before he was found dead at G20 protests in London

Why has the officer still not been arrested ? Why has the media gone quiet on this ? Under any other circumstances, someone would have been arrested and charged or bailed.
Video shows police brutality which results in the death of an innocent and unarmed man, at the g20 protests in london. The man died shortly after. This man was nothing to do with the protests, and was just trying to find his way home through the cordons, he had his hands in his pockets and was walking away peacefully. This is just a small glimpse of the police violence on the day, and it is a surprise that more people were not killed. This cannot be allowed to happen in the UK. Police violence on 1st April was indescriminate and extreme!!
