  • Thanks, I am glad you are enjoying the workouts! For the V-sit, you could either use a non-weighted ball (like a beach ball or soccer ball), a towel or resistance band that you hold with both hands (1 hand on either side), or you can do it without a ball. For the side plank, you can hold a weight in your top hand to give you a little extra resistance. Next time I use a ball I will include the variations in the video!   • Hey I think your videos are great, I've been using them on top of my cardio and weight training in the gym, however I'm much more likely to have time for your weekly challenges so I get those in every day however I don't always have time to go to the gym. The only thing that I'm struggling with a little is the variations I could use instead of having a fitness ball. Would it e possible to give some examples or talk through them briefly? Thanks :)
