DESCRIPTION OF THIS EXERCISE/DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EJERCICIO

(EN) Sitting on the machine, with a straight spine, hold a straight bar with a wider than shoulder grip in supination. Pull a little to start comfortably with extended arms. When pulling take straight elbows down. Take bar to chest. Controlled elevation to start position

(ES) Sentados en la máquina, agarramos el maneral con doble agarre neutro y tiramos llevando los codos hacia abajo y la barra al pecho
