I must admit I love B.movies, including The Punisher with Dolph Lundgren. But this movie was just so lame. I think the biggest problem was that Captain America was a serious wuss in the movie and for long periods of time nothing happened, and there was hardly any action.

I find this quite watchable.
Some of my fave actors (Michael Nouri, B. Mumy, Scott Paulin, etc), are in it.
The lead actor, son of THE CATCHER IN THE RYE's author, is also quite enjoyable.
One of the most expensive stuff made by Golan-Globus (or was it only Menahem involved with it?)in the 80s .
