Lightsaber Malfunction

This video represents one weekend's worth of effort. One day building the "stunt lightsaber" prop from scratch, and the second day was used for recording the video, rotoscoping, recording the theremin sounds, and editing the audio.

My first lightsaber "movie" that is something more than just a rotoscoping test on other objects.

So, if you tweak the settings, you could use a lightsaber as a theremin. Then you could use your lighttheremin to play the Star Trek theme music. Crossover achieved FTW! :-)
