Passengers and crew turn wood burning steam locomotive No.7 on the "armstrong" turntable at the Camp DeWoody end of the Reader Railroad. Labor Day 1987.
I want to run the armstrong unit! That looks like a fun ride.
I hope you can fix enough track to get a profitable tourist excursion going again. As the last industrial railroad working solely behind steam, the reader is a special line.
Are you sure this isn't the Black Hills Central railroad? The locomotive looks like the #7 up there, and they share the same number, they even look the same and have the same 2-6-2 arrangement. This has got to be it.
@SierraRailway that reader. that's also the tender unit from the north and south mini series.

I caught the Reader actually doing maintenance on #2 I think it was, a few weeks back. Definitely not #7 though.
