I wonder why the sky indents suck now, they used to throw a lot of effort into them and now they dont seem to care at all.

I gotta agree with you there...They look drab and boring now..This ident aired almost 10 years ago I think and I still prefer it to all the ones sky have now...The music was awesome with this one too.

I remember this. At the time, we had a normal TV and it looked bigger on a normal tv rather than a widescreen one.

I think the problem was that these idents were often more engrossing than the movies that followed. I mean such a lavish graphic and musical feast announcing the imminent screening of a premier film - only to be presented by Willy Wonka or some other guff.

year has a really good feel to it, I always loved it and back then i didnt have a computer to record it thanks a lot for this anyway! takes u back doesnt it?
