actually, Jericho is a sports entertainer. He's not a fighter or martial artist. his 'moves' wouldn't do him much good in a fight with someone who is much stronger than he is and can handle himself. The actual witnesses in the locker room said it best - there was no "choke hold," no "choking out" , nothing. There was a very brief shoving match, Arn Anderson broke it up, the two men shook hands. End of story.

This was a well developed match it told a story, which is something that some matches lack these days

@lexerluler Mini Fracase or not Jericho owned Goldberg, its irrelvant whether Goldberg could take him in a real fight. No doubt Goldberg would have toughened up from his days in football but in the world of wrestling he was just a showcase, not saying he wasn't good at being a showcase just pointing out that he lacked technical skill, which showed in his confrontation with Jericho backstage. FYI this isn't a confrontation just putting my two cents in brokski :)

Sorry fridogg. Jericho didn't manhandle anyone - that's the ultimate "urban legend." There was a mini fracase that lasted several seconds - no chokehold, no nothing. Jericho wouldn't last long in an actual fight with Goldberg. Few "sports entertainers" would.
