Appreciation and Care During Earth Day

Happy Earth Day! - April 22, 2011

Earth Day is intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for Mother Earth and the natural environment we live in. Over one billion people participate in Earth Day activities each year, and the Institute of HeartMath and Global Coherence Initiative are honored to be part of this collective care and celebration of our planet.

Let's envision a world where people increase harmony within themselves and with each other, which will create a more harmonious relationship between humanity and our environment. This Earth Day, see yourself aligning with others around the world to appreciate our planet and its people on this special awareness day. Some people might like to do this a few days before and after Earth Day as well.

Everyday is Earth Day.........

Our front yard is dedicated to mother nature. It is planted with indigenous, water thrifty plant varieties that provide food and shelter for birds, bees, and other garden "critters" year round. No pesticides or herbicides are used on our property. Three years ago we added 3 fruit trees to our back yard for Earth Day - trees that bear fruit or nuts should be encouraged more in Earth Day commemorative plantings - they provide food for years, even centuries, in addition to helping clean the air.

Magnificent ! ! OUR MOTHER EARTH IS GREAT ! ! LET'S TAKE CARE OF HER AND WITH ALL OUR SMALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS ( ANIMALS AND PLANTS)... AND WATER, BECUASE ALL OF US ARE INTER-RELATED .... AND IF WE DAMAGE SOME OF THIS BEINGS, WE ARE DAMAGING OURSELVES..... COUGHT IT ? ? ?
