@bittercokejjang no worries. correct terminology includes transgender/transsexual person, FTM (female-to-male), MTF (male to female), and lots more (genderqueer, bi-gender, etc.) the only words you should usually avoid when referring to transgender people are transvestite (refers to someone who crossdresses for sexual excitement--different from transgender) crossdresser (wears opposite gender's clothes for fun), and tranny (just offensive.) im glad to know you're interested in learning this! :)
