  • So is this just a 58370 DF-03 DARK IMPACT 4WD BUGGY with a hornet body installed? Or is there other major modifications needed?

  • I attached the URL of about this car on description area. please visit and you can understand well about it.

  • The Picture of your Hornet at the end is really nice. Are you running the dirt tuned motor?

  • Thank you for commenting.

    I used 11T at there.

It may need more than 50 seconds for a lap if I chose dirt-tuned because this circuit is designed for 1/8 GP.

  • yer lads just try a grasshopper with a frog pinon gear, pasion speed v2 10t esc and motor, hpi rush front shocks on the rear of the grasshopper, and see that move ,it keeps right behind a nitro ansmann vapor 28.4.2 kissing the ass off it everytime, ive gone through tyres like there going out of fashion

  • 4wd buggy... best class ever! ^_^

  • Yes I have checked out the link but just pics, no description of what was done? I would really like to build one of these. From what I can see in the pics, you basically trimmed back the stock DF-03 chassis and mounted a Hornet chassis on top? Did you glue and screw it together? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks :

    Neal.

  • sounds like alot of fun with that kind of motor.. theye are simple cars but lots of fun

  • I had an original Hornet back in 1990 fitted it with a parma dragster motor and an 8.4volt batt, sure did fly .
