NONO!! China palyed very well and actually Chinese Basketball has been improved faster than we thought, they beat Gemany and personally they r better than a lot of europe countries. BUT BUT BUT, still far away from USA Basketball, cuz USA Basketball still the best in the world..!!!! no question mark at this point!!!!!
