More Apple News Here: http://bit.ly/pmMKil

Watch this week's iReview as we talk about iOS 5 Beta 3 and how it's come to save the game for all the bugs in Beta 2. We also talk about the launch of Spotify in the US and why it matters. We go through the results of a recent study where developers are more inclined to build apps for iOS than Android, and the recent tethered Jailbreak released for iOS 4.3.4.

In the Not So Cool section, naturally we talk about iOS 4.3.4 and how it's come to complicate things for the Jailbreak community, and we also go through the ITC ruling in favor of Apple in their patent lawsuit against HTC.

  • what's your name?

  • Ahh Bro, apple also patched the shsh exploit or what ever, no more easy saved shsh anteatherd :P

  • First, iOS is the most used mobile operating system used, so wrong there.

Second, Pawnage tool? you mean pwnage tool.

Third, two of the ten pans? You must mean patents.

Fourth, just like you did in 2004 with the iPhone 5.... are you serious? 5:30

  • @bl4ck0ut5k4ter You're right, weapon was a wrong term. but facts are still the same. Apple owns the multi-touch patent and Google's Android has no patents. Google cannot retaliate against Apple despite any influences from Android in iOS. People need to know that.

I do agree though, Apple does need to stop suing people. I don't really understand the ideology of it except that it does more to slow down the competition and allows Apple to try to get some peeks of competitors technology (Samsung).

  • @galacticaphantome ok prick its not a fucking war .. weapon my ass apple's just being gay . trying to sue every competition . you should try winning the market with your products not taking the other competition down by sueing .. and ok i know you fanboys are proob. ganna go liek " well its for money or w.e" still theres alimit to that

  • Funny how Spotify is available now. We in sweden for example have been using it since it came out.

  • @MultiCOOLman1998 Once again, people are ignoring the fact that Android is Open Source. Apple, or any other company for that matter are more than welcome to steal any design choices that Android implements. If googles wants to protect their platform they need to close their source and start licensing it for a fee, but that won't happen since it's part of their marketing campaign.

BTW we also have to remember recently Apple got the patent for multi-touch displays, which is a huge weapon.

  • If it not a developer on iOS 5 beta 3 and jail broken and it apps crash whenever u click on something try uninstalling recent packages and then respringing. Hope this helps
