Where did you get that definition of faith from? Certainly not from any serious theologian. Here's a proper definition,
"[Faith] affects the whole of man's nature. It commences with the conviction of the mind based on adequate evidence; it continues in the confidence of the heart or emotions based on conviction, and it is crowned in the consent of the will, by means of which the conviction and confidence are expressed in conduct." (W. H. Griffith-Thomas)

@CGatorK Thanks, i was just speaking from my heart. I had to stop going back and forth with this person because satan will try to plant seeds of doubt. He'll do anything to destroy our faith. Sometimes once those doubts are planted, its hard to get rid of it. The Bible tells us to be careful when sharing the truth, that we could become tempted too. Take care and Merry CHRISTmas!
