The rugged Toyota Tundra is put to the ultimate test on a working cattle ranch in West Texas. Watch Toyota technicians and engineers deconstruct the truck to see how it stands up to a 100,000 mile beating.

The owner and foreman of Anderson Ranch are true believers in Toyota quality after treating the 1/2 ton Tundra like a 3/4 ton pickup. The Tundra performed better than they could have imagined.

  • If you really want to find out how good the tundra's are let the oil field try some out for 100k miles.

  • Yea i live in midland and work alot in the pecos orla area. Im the mechanic for an oil field company and we have a fleet of fords. Theses road are the roughest terrains in texas. The fords we have are 2006 and newer. With the 6.0 and 6.4L. the suspension is junk. every 30000 miles replacing ball joints. with all the 6.4L we have replaced the turbos radiators egr valves and upper radiator hoses all under 60k miles.
