oh, from your post on rgp it looks like you already tried swapping the opto boards... weirdness...

It uses opto boards for the flipper buttons, right? I'd check those. Especially since you've replaced everything else, at this point I'd suspect that it's not detecting the button being released correctly. I think that buzz is the flipper button being activated and deactivated super fast.
