Now that the center bezel is out watch as we swap head units and test the new radio. The trim ring I used was a METRA 99-7897 install kit. Its more money but it matches the car nicely and has a cleaner look

  • @Sathirel2 Ok I found the old package, Its a METRA 99-7897 install kit It appears you can still get these online

  • Hey i was putting in my alpine radio and now the power locks don't work when the key is out and the radio doesn't work either. Can Anybody tell me what to look for? I already checked the fuses and they aren't broken.

  • Go back and recheck everything, what kind of car is it? A civic I assume? What year.

  • I found one for 10 bucks which included shipping from SonicElectronix, (highly recommend) and fit perfectly. Thanks a ton Joe for the tutorial and info!
