Yin Style Bagua Circle Turning Training

Yin Style Bagua builds a fighting skill set upon a solid foundation gained through circle turning training. Circle turning practice will help fighting skill by improving coordination, balance, footwork, and strength. It can also benefit health and well- being by improving the circulation and mental state of the practitioner. At higher levels of practice, circle turning will enable one to make full use of force in attack while revolving around an opponent at high speed.

In this DVD, He Jinbao introduces the circle turning training of Yin Style Bagua. Discussions on the underlying theory of circle turning are given, followed by demonstrations of the turning methods and basic direction changes of all eight animal systems.
