The Way I Feel - Zan/Ava/Liz (Roswell)

Story:
Well, here's my second video, and sure enough it's Roswell related. Haha.

Here's the plot for this one. It's a bit complicated:
Alternate reality - Zan lives a semi-happy existence as king with his wife Ava, his sister Vilandra, and his second-in-command Rath by his side on Antar. However, he comes to meet a very intriguing girl by the name of Liz at a royal greeting, whom he feels an extremely strong connection with and later befriends. He sees strange flashes of another world whenever he is with her, and begins to compare every moment of his life with Ava with these visions he has of Liz. Soon he comes to fall in love with her, and resigns himself to just be her friend. Ava is extremely angered with his new friendship and lack of commitment to her. Zan feels guilty for feeling the way he feels, but realizes that he never was truly happy with the choices he made. So what will he do, stay committed to his life of royalty or choose happiness over duty?

0:00-0:14 Zan is shown that he is ruler of Antar
0:25-042 Zan meets Liz at the royal greeting and sees flashes
0:55-1:09 Zan sees Liz at a restaurant and has more flashes
1:10-1:31 Ava sees Zan's flashes and is angered
2:44-2:44 Ava fights with Zan about his new friendship with Liz
3:08-3:11 Awkward encounter of all three
3:13-3:15 Zan tries to explain his connection to Liz
3:16-3:26 Liz is leaving but Zan chases after her in order to get her to stay
4:21-4:31 After Ava says that he is forbidden from talking to Liz, Zan "loses it"
4:37 "Hi"
5:07 "Oh my God, what am I going to do?"
5:13 "It's okay, it's okay."

Interpret the ending how you want, although that is Liz's hand! :)

FINALLY someone understands the whole point of Roswell which is Max's slow acceptance of the affect the feeling of love has upon his life. . .

Obviously as King Zan, he never had any idea what the feeling of love was, and only married Ava because she was his first sexual passion, not because he loved her. . .

This is supported by the fact that Max feels nothing for Tess but desire. . .

In the end, Max sacrificed his rule as King of Antar because Liz is the only thing he has ever truly loved.

@mlv30645 I think what they were also trying to teach in the show is that, in the four's past lives they choose one way that got them killed and took down their kingdom. In this life they were taught to be different people, their experiences shaped them into something else, despite their past or destiny, they had the chance to choose differently. No matter what we have happen to us or what our past or heritage is we can always choose. It is up to us.
