  • I feel the pain and desperation of the whole humanity on my shoulders listening to this music and at the other site I feel the beauty of the componist's soul, which this music opened to me...

  • In each piece lies a different difficulty, I play the first movement of Prokofiev 2nd piano concerto but I can't manage pieces from the Baroque era, so being able to play the Rach 3 doesn't mean you could easily play this Scriabin concerto, you should never underestimate Scriabin

  • The length of a piece has nothing to do with it's technical demands, and if you have ever actually tried to play this piece, you would find that it is incredibly awkward to play, whereas Rach 3 is all straightforward (albeit very difficult) and fits under the hand perfectly.

  • No, you can't tell anything. You are just another ignorant person on youtube that thinks they know everything. You can look on my profile, I don't hide my playing, watch the Chopin Ballade if you would like. My name is Sam Saunders, but you assume since someone learns a concerto, they automatically play it with an orchestra? I just played a two-piano reduction with my teacher.

  • i can just tell that you are lieing. if you play rachmaninoffs third piano concerto, you shouldent be afraid to play this piece. this piece is very short compoared to rachmaninoffs third. it is about a good 20 pages shorter. this piece includes techincal demands, but not of those in rachs. and if u did play rach 3, which orchestra did you play with? please do tell. id love to look you up

  • You've played Rach 3? Then why the heck are you worrying about this piece for? lol

  • Such a great piece, I would love to learn it. I have played Rach 3, yet I do not think my technique is up to the demands of this piece. It's difficulty is very underrated
