Ow that must hurt bad.... I mean, how do they insert the transplanted eye, as a whole? Do they also attach the nerve ending to the new transplant? I am interested in it. My mom has glaucoma....

The effect is done visually, on After Effects. Both of his eyes are fine, I added the VFX on after wards.
