  • @h1pp0c4mpu5 Right. There are strong genetic determinants to gender identity. But gender roles are culturally determined for the most part. Then there are exceptions to male-female gender with a lot of overlap in that grey androgynous area. Some people are born androgynous and others are naturally transgender.

  • Same old same old... another excercise in confusing natural differences with cultural ones. Assertiveness power & strength are socially assigned traits to lend credence to one sex being more important than the other. Things like nurturing & aggression can be seen in all our primate relatives and obviously have some basis in biology as male dominance hierarchies & maternal instincts. And they have little to do with social rank in human society. Nearly all gender theories are conflated this way.

  • When women stop liking logical, stoic, strong, powerful and assertive guys and men stop liking nuturing, compassionate and empathetic women, then your video might make sense.

Until then it is evil to mislead children into believing that they will be accepted for just being 'who they are'.

Teach your boys to be men and girls to be women today and they'll grow into popular successful and happy adults.

Real men and real women are in short supply.

  • this is awesome and I am going to show it to my students! thank you

  • This definitely doesn't describe all people but I guess I haven't been the biggest follower in my life

  • "Genetic" gender is not binary; there are more than two. Society needs to stop pretending that there are only two.

  • Gender is not socially constructed, it's genetic. FAIL!

  • This is an amazing concept! I am probably going to show my students this.

  • i liked this video.

    straight to the point
