  • Ive been doing alot of sit ups and i have big abs but they are kinda wired looking like some are joined togeter and some are big and some small what can i do to make them more evan

  • im 16 and im about 6 foot or 6'1 but im skinny cuz i got a superfast motablism. and i dnt hav a weight set so myarms dnt hav big muscles. so i wondering if i could just do about 25 pushups a day for a month to see if my arms get bigger. any suggestions on wat else to so?

  • @ZaCTHERippeR1990 I was skinny too..I did heavier lifting with compound movements..squats, deads, bench and I ate alot of calories. You have to do that to pack on muscle.

  • @greatformdvd thanks for replying. so which kind of foods has the most calories?because my motablism just burns the calories i consumed even when i sit down. also if i start lifting weights about 20 pounds to start then work my way up in about 4 months do u think i would start to see results?

  • @Thisizmyname- Ha, I know. Some people are just mad at the world. We can't save them from themselves!

  • Note about this video- My elbows are wide outside my body on the diamonds; this makes my triceps take on more of my bodyweight. It also puts a bit more stress on the elbows and wrists. So, I limit how far I go down, keeping the ebows around 90 degrees. You could do the traditional "easier" way to do diamonds (elbows stuck to your sides) and go down all the way, but these don't force the triceps to work as hard as elbows out, even if you went down all the way. The superset takes care of this.
