  • That arrangement is awful....what's wrong with singing it the TRADITIONAL way?

  • Would you rather we butchered it like so many singers do before a sports event? Or do you have nothing better to do than tear other people down?

  • Kaori chan wa nihonjin deshou?

I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings- I am a traditionalist and I don't like your arrangement. Anyone who is a performer or an artist and puts something on youtube should be openminded enough to accept criticism or critique. If you can't accept that, don't publish yourself online.

  • I'm not Japanese, just a student of the language. Someone gave me the nickname Kaori years ago and it just kind of stuck.

And while I do apologize for overreacting, I think there's a big difference between a constructive criticism and "This is awful." That's what made me upset, not that someone else didn't like what we did. Everyone's entitled to their own tastes, of course.

  • I am so sorry to say that but it is horrible.

  • I liked the ending, but for the majority of it I'm afraid I have to agree with the other comments; I did not care for it =/

  • Omfg my ears.

  • They do not have good vocal instruction, OBVIOUSLY, or a conductor. Some Roseanne Barr sounds there!

Tchaikovsky wrote about this in a symphony; he called it PATHETIQUE.

Karl Kutler should be "proud!" It's his faculty!

  • From personal taste to absolute statements

    as usually happens...

On my op.not really a catching rendition

(at times it sounds as sth else,as a diff.piece)

May be the conductor could expl.his choice.

Not a all traditional fan,I love listening to

several renditions of this moving anthem=

    Aretha Franklin rules =

  • Ah well....gomen nasai! Yurushite kudasai :-)

    Nihongo wa...gambare!
