Hey, I used After Effects and Photoshop. It's not that difficult actually. You just need a large bluescreen and the right lighting. Find the scene you want to do. Look at the area in which the scene plays. I mapped over another character, I think it was Tuvok, so there was my ( window ) background. Then I placed myself over that layer, without the bluescreen. And to finish, I PS'd a new table that I've put over me. Et voila ;)
