Diesel climb up grade cab ride

"La montée des sauvages" is a famous climb up grade in the west of Lyon, near Tarrare.
We had 5 "corail" coach in this express train, and a big French diesel "CC 72000"!
The grade is 27°/°° and we climb up at 70kmh/44mph, listen during the climb the diesel engine blow and the intensity in the electric engines fail a bit due to the speed and declivity !!

ps: all apologies for the hole in the tape at 1:08 due to a " burp!" of the magnetic band .

@dashloc It is? I watched many cabrides, cant say I ever noticed the driving motors sound before. But ofcourse the CC72000 series have a different setup than most diesel electric locos. Maybe the the large single electric motor in each bogie makes more noise than one motor per axle.
