CubisRS4 - if i needed $3,000 worth of engine work due to my abuse, i wouldn't brag about my exhaust. red line isn't a seggestion its a warning. buy a BMW, that Audi deserves better.

yeah, if you over rev it you will wear out ur engine faster especially if ur just starting it up. so yeah, hes fucked his piston rings, losing power, compression, and burning excess oil on the cylinder walls. fucked rings will mean engine rebuild soon

Burning oil like that is caused by reving the engine without any load . . . not good at all for the health of the engine!

Sounds alrite, MTM system sounds far better and go get that car back to the dealership, it shouldn't be burning oil. No car should burn oil because obviously burning in the cylinder thus oiling the plug and will reduce the performance cos the spark will be weak and affect the detenation.
