It starts out good and after the first theme it goes somewhere and becomes vague. Forget Happy traum and dig some Chet and Hank Snow and or Travis. They all at least state the melody , which without is going nowhere.

you'll find a transcription of this song in Happy Traum's book "Flatpicking". They have a lot of lesson dvd's on the Homespun Tapes site.
