I'm just thankful that Katia was strong enough to continue skating, alone or with iLia. She is very talented. They are both doing something they love, skating. How many people nowadays can say they love what they do for a living?
I started skating at about 10. I loved it and continued but, not for competing. Just for pleasure. I was never as good as I wanted to be. Due to age, 57, and health, I haven't skated in about 6 years. I hope to skate a few more times before I leave this world.

@ajoyax Katia and Ilia are still together. Katia skated with Egor for a television show (similar to Dancing with the Stars). Katia was the pro skater and Egor was the person that had never skated before (he's a television star in Russia, I believe)

I'm sure that Llia is a nice guy, Katia wouldn't love him if he weren't but it's so hard for me to watch her skate with anyone other than Sergei.

I like this "feels like home" version much more than I like the original one... haha.
The lyrics really fit.. pair skating is katias 'home' - and Ilja gave it back to her. At least for this song.
I am sure that Sergej was watching from above, feeling happy that Katia was finally happy again... .
