Its so obvious that the world was created.

God doesnt choose who gets the good genes or the bad. Look at hitler for example he was perfectly healthy (except being gased in ww1) We would all like to see bad people have the dieases though it doesnt work that way.

Cancer is a result of our cells behaving in ways they shouldn't. As all other things that ails us it is a result of the sin that is in our world. God promised us that sin leads to death and yet we as humans jumped full speed into it. Now I know innocent children are among those who get cancer, and its unfortunate but this is the condition we live in. Our species has chosen our lot and we have to live with it. I'm sorry you chose to use my comment praising God as an opportunity to denigrate him.
