Percy Jackson & The Olympians Characters (My Cast)

Chris Columbus has signed to direct and produce The Lightning Thief for 20th Century Fox through 1492 Pictures. The planned release date is February 12th 2010.


Percy Jackson & The Olympians is a series of adventure, mythology, and fantasy books by Rick Riordan, based prominently on Greek mythology, and also Roman mythology. The series begins with a 12 year-old boy named Percy Jackson. He discovers that he is the son of Poseidon, the god of the sea. In the process, he learns that the Greek gods or the Olympians still exist, along with many other figures and monsters from Greek mythology like Titans, cyclopes, empousai and other creatures. He later becomes the owner of the sword Anaklusmos (which means "Riptide"). This was a gift from father Poseidon
