What I find amazing is how many people ask me for help designing a hub motor for a motor scooter, bike or car. I was sure there was all kinds of prior art. I'll have to go through your videos when I get caught up on things, they look very interesting. Thanks for subscribing on my channel it drew my attention to yours.

That 1606 harness even with new wires run into the hub will still get those phase wires hot. its a high speed wind that will consume high phase amps. It will also be hard on controllers. I was running 60v 45A and I defintely dont recommend doing any extreme voltage or amperage combinations. It will overheat. Fish some 10G through the axle that will be one problem solved. The next issue will be controllers.
my setup now is 100v lipo at 45amps all summer the motor was just warm to the touch. with small holes drilled in the side covers for cooling. but it does need a new rim now :)

yup the wiring has been replaced and it stays cool.its a start. come spring ill work on the controller.my setup will be for 22amps max 79volts.
