Hi, I am looking for the paper by Chen on the Implementation of FDCT, Fast Discrete Cosine Transform Algorithm, which is implemented in the form of Butterfly computations like FFT. Can anyone provide me the explanation of tht Paper or tht paper?

great lecture sir... I recommend this to anyone who is frustrated with all those mathematical explanations given by many professors to teach wavelet. Thanks to this professor now I have a clear picture about wavelet which will help me to understand better the theory.
