In this video the tea is being carried form the pre-shaping drum dryer to the shaper. At this point the tea is dried to where it is very tacky and after just a bit of additional processing in the shaper it will magically, and it seems like it, become the deep green pine needles that a gyokuro enthusiast is so excited by!
