@ukguy he didnt mean do the form 9 times. he meant your strength could increase by 9 times ur original strength.

@TH3aznEmperor rather than do it over and over 9 times probably better to do it much slower and hold the important postures for aminute each, you will definately feel it then.

some places boast doing this form over and over will eventually increase your strenght by 9 times. is it true?
