You know, make the U turn (down by the river) and head up the other way.....when they could of just cut across the grass to save you. What an ignorant asshole. Dover PD does a great job and I have NEVER had an issue with them. And this comes from someone who used to be an "anarchist".

Get a life! Be glad you have mounted patrol in your city! I'm sure you have always come to a full four wheel stop at EVERY stop sign and have never disobeyed a traffic law......more likely, you've violated a few and probably got caught. I love people with an ax to grind against the police because they got caught breaking the law. Good to know we have crime fighter's like you watching these horrific police violations. Good work Clark!

Actually, yes! I've been quite the model citizen my whole life. I always come to a complete stop at stop signs, I've never done drugs, and I've never cheated on my taxes. I even have a license for my bicycle (required by some silly city ordinance).

That's why I'm the perfect person for exposing police misconduct... the "hypocrisy" argument wouldn't apply to me.

Letters to the Police Chief... letters to the State Reps.? The Goobenor is the HGIC (head guy in charge) of the New Hampshire executive branch.

This vid is intended as a satirical critique of police conduct... if I seriously went to the police with allegations of "traffic voilations", they would laugh at me and probably never take me seriously again.

For serious allegations, I'm more concerned with things like perjury, use of excessive force, sexual misconduct, and bribery. Unfortunately, the serious violations are much harder to catch on video than a couple of slow-moving horses!

Why are you deleting comments? You're all for the first amendment so what's the deal? In regards to my anarchist background, I have never graduated - just was a terror as a kid. I've learned from my various encounters with the law that it's easier to just do the right thing. I decided to stop fighting the law and focus on my career. I don't think the anarchist will ever purge from my system, but I have better things to with my time than hassle the mounted patrol. Those horses rock by the way.
