i love this song, when i met eek he told me this song was kinda a joke. he said some guy hit him while he was riding on his bike and the dude was riding a motorcycle he fell down and pretended he was really hurt. traffic stopped since he was in front of cars exaggerating and mob of people gathered around to see what happened. he wasnt hurt at all and didnt go to the hospital but there is some truth behind the lyrics.
