Ahh sounds like loads of fun :) With all the rain we get down here in FL most of our fairs and festivals are pushed away from the summer seasons so that they dont get rained out or mudded out lol

Hehe that is sooo cute :P and here I thought Trekfest and other such things were like all star trek stuff and nothing else but that looks like a lotta fun!

I honestly had no idea what to expect since I'd never been to any type of convention (sci-fi or otherwise). From reading their website a few months back, though, it sounded like a typical small town fair with some Trek stuff thrown in. And that, indeed, it was (but some significant Trek!).
