  • your back knee shouldn't be on the chair .

  • You've got to square your hips. like keep them in line with your shoulders.

    It can make it harder to get over splits, but you're young so start now or it'll only be harder later. I can get a bigger over split than you when my hips arent square but I had trouble getting any over split when they were now I can though :)
