May I tell you that my dad went to school with Blossom Dearie. They lived in upstate NY. I always had a special place in my heart for her sweet voice and magical delivery. I wish she was around more as I was growing up,but any fan knows she was traveling. Blossom's art of lyrics and superior piano draws you into her space and causes a feeling of intimacy.I have loved her style since I was a very little girl when she was teaching me Mary Had a Little Lamb on our piano. I love you,Blossom. JoanE54
