1000 Days without a budget! -- This needs to be a major campaign issue! Mr. Obama, Mr. Reed, and Mrs. Pelosi have been guilty of record spending without a budget! In the business world this would be considered a crime! (Of course it is a violation of Constitution that is just being ignored by the American people!)
